1. Eligibility
- This campaign is open to legal residents of USA, Germany, France, Spain, and Italy.
- Participants must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
2. Campaign Period
- The #EurekaMoments campaign runs from November 15th to December 20th.
- All entries must be submitted within this period to be considered.
3. How to Participate
- Post a photo or video on Instagram showcasing your experience with Eureka products.
- Include the hashtag #EurekaMoments in your post caption.
- Ensure your Instagram profile is set to public during the campaign period.
4. Content Requirements
- All content must be original and created by the participant.
- Content must feature Eureka products and relate to cleaning experiences.
- Submissions must not contain any inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted material.
- Eureka reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these guidelines.
5. Selection of Winners
- Ten (10) winners will be selected from eligible entries.
- Selection criteria include creativity, authenticity, and engagement levels.
- The judges' decision is final and binding.
6. Prizes
- Winners will receive free Eureka products or or Tickets to CES, and coupon to purchase your next Eureka products.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Winners are responsible for any taxes associated with prize acceptance.
7. Notification and Claiming of Prizes
- Winners will be announced on eureka.com website, and Eureka offcial social media account on December 25th, 2024.
- Winners must respond within 7 days of notification to claim their prize.
- If a winner fails to respond, an alternate winner may be selected.
8. Rights Granted by Participants
- By entering, participants grant Eureka a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display their submitted content for any purpose.
- Winners agree to the use of their name and likeness for publicity without additional compensation.
9. Privacy
- Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of this campaign and in accordance with Eureka's Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Eureka is not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable entries.
- Participants agree to release Eureka from any claims arising from participation in the campaign.
11. General Conditions
- Eureka reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the campaign if fraud or technical failures compromise its integrity.
- This campaign is void where prohibited by law.
- By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and Eureka's decisions.
